The AI Writing hub is the home for Ai2Done's upcoming writing-assistance tools — outline generators, summarisation utilities, rewrite helpers, idea brainstormers — calibrated for content creators, marketers, students and anyone whose day involves staring at a blank page. The first tools are in active development; this hub exists today as the dedicated landing page so you can bookmark it and watch the collection grow.
Our design principle for AI writing tools is the same as for the rest of Ai2Done: where possible, do the work in the browser with on-device models, and where a server is genuinely required (current-generation large language models are still too heavy for client-side execution on average hardware), be explicit about what is sent and never store the request or response. Browser-runnable models have improved dramatically in 2025–2026, and we expect to ship the first usable on-device writing helpers in the near term.
For now, this hub serves as a navigation surface for the broader content creation set: the Content Tools hub for sample inputs and document helpers, the Format Tools hub for inspecting AI-generated structured output (JSON / YAML / XML), and the File Tools hub for assembling outputs into deliverables. When the dedicated AI writing tools ship, they will surface here first and follow the same look and feel as the rest of the site.
If you have specific writing-tool requests — particular formats, particular workflows, particular domain expertise (academic, legal, marketing copy, technical documentation) — let us know via the contact page. The roadmap is heavily community-driven; the first wave will reflect the most-asked use cases from active users.
In the meantime, the Content Tools hub provides sample files, the Format Tools hub provides JSON / XML / YAML formatting (useful for inspecting LLM responses), and the broader Ai2Done toolkit covers the document, image and video processing that often surrounds AI-generated content. Bookmark this hub and check back as the AI writing collection expands.
