1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ai2Done, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

Ai2Done provides browser-based productivity tools including PDF processing, image editing, video conversion, file format conversion, and code formatting. Most tools operate entirely within your browser using WebAssembly technology.

3. User Accounts

You may create an account using email/password or Google OAuth. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• All activities that occur under your account.
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Platform to:

• Generate or distribute content that is illegal, harmful, or violates any applicable law.
• Use AI features to create content that violates intellectual property rights.
• Reverse-engineer or extract source code from the Platform's WASM modules.
• Interfere with the Platform's infrastructure or other users' experience.
• Circumvent usage limits or subscription restrictions.

5. Intellectual Property

Platform Ownership

All code, design, branding, and content of Ai2Done are owned by the Ai2Done team and protected by intellectual property laws.

User Content

You retain full ownership of all files you process. Since processing occurs locally, we never access or claim rights to your content.

6. Subscription & Payments

• Free tier provides basic tool access with usage limits.
• Pro and Ultra plans are billed monthly or annually through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
• Refunds are handled case-by-case. Contact support within 7 days of purchase.

7. AI Content Disclaimer

AI-generated content is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for:

• Reviewing and verifying all AI-generated output before use.
• Ensuring AI-processed content complies with applicable laws.
• Any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ai2Done shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

We are not responsible for data loss resulting from browser crashes, device failures, or insufficient device resources.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked.
• Your account data may be deleted after a 30-day grace period.
• Any active subscription will be canceled without refund.
